iPad What iPad models have pmw problems?

Hi I was wondering what iPad models have pmw problems? How do I find out or see a list? I want to upgrade my iPad from iPad 7th generation and was looking at iPad 9th, iPad 10th, iPad Air 5, and iPad mini 6. But I have very sensitive eyes and I just learned of this pmw flicker or dithering problem and don’t want that. I also use a iPhone se 2020 do have never seen or heard it before. Thanks.
