@bob_zz123 is correct. Only iPad Pro's with a minimum of 1TB or higher offer 16gb of ram

I have the 16GB and notice a huge difference from my 2018. (I know the M1 makes a difference)

I too have upgraded from a 2016 iPad 6th gen to an M1 iPad Pro with 256Gb storage, and the difference is astounding.

you will notice it for certain apps for sure. wether it's worth the cost is another question
