I've been considering 3 of them: Omnifocus, Things, & Life Balance.
Has anyone tried them?
How did you like it?
Do they all sync seamlessly to their mac desktop version?
Please help.
Thanks!
I tried both OmniFocus and Things but I would definetly suggest Remember the Milk, beautiful app, the sync is xtremely fast and it just works great
I suggest ToDo by Appigo, theres a review on my site. You'd have to create a free toodledo account but you could then be able to sync to the online app. It syncs quite quickly, and the interface is really quite great.I've been considering 3 of them: Omnifocus, Things, & Life Balance.

I was thinking about buying RTM but now that I now about Appigo's ToDo maybe I'll just buy that one. I've tried RTM and it's really good, but I'd rather not have to pay a subscription.
Still I'd love to get opinions from people who have used both.
I've used every task list available on iPhone - I'm a task list "junkie" and leaving behind the task list on my Treo for the iPhone was a big issue for me.
For me, no one beats Appigo ToDo right now. Omnifocus is too complicated. Only syncing Things via a wireless connection was inconvenient, and I found the iPhone version buggy (sometimes changes I had made to tasks reverted when I synced). RTM and Toodledo apps have nice clean interfaces on the iPhone, but require too many taps to edit task info, or use the iPhone "date picker" too much.
ToDo syncs with my (free) Toodledo account anywhere, anytime. The interface is clean, simple, quick to use, and as powerful as I need it to be. I've never had a task not sync or revert to a previous state when I do. And my one complaint - it used to display my "tomorrow" and "Next week" tasks all the time - has been fixed in the last version with the "focus" list that allows me to show just what I need to do today.
I can't recommend ToDo enough. And no - I don't work for Appigo and am not a beta tester. Just a big fan.
Used to use ToDo as my main app, and Todo is simple, easy to use, and problem-free. Great app.
But how is this app diefferent from Toodledo's own iPhone Application? You would expect that it will integrate much better with their website....
Somebody has tried both?
But what's really unique is it finds time for you. It even tells you how much you can get done today. And tomorrow.
See for that to have any chance at all of working you would need to enter in ALL of your daily activities into your calendar like:
12:00am to 6:00am Sleep
6:00am to 6:30am The three S's
6:30am to 6:45am Get dressed
6:45am to 7:15am Get "distracted" by your SO
7:15am to 7:30am Get dressed again
7:30am to 7:45am Grab coffee
7:45am to 8:15am Commute to work
8:15am to 8:45am Check email and reply to any urgent ones
Do you REALLY want to have to enter in that level of detail so an app can help you manage the rest of your tasks/events?
