The only filter I have on is “open now.”

What is being “matched?”

Maybe it's because it is matched to your asking filters that's why showing! Say you are searching for the "Open" restaurants for now and the map is suggesting by matching to your filter!
 
Look below it. The other restaurants are also “open now.” as I said, thats the only filter I had on. if that was the case, why are they not “matched?”
 
Apparently it indicates Location-Based Services are in effect to enhance your restaurant experience. I'm not even sure what that all means, but I think its about navigation and geotagging inside the restaurant.

Interesting, thanks. Feel like Apple has been trying to make geolocation beacons inside a business happen for a long time!
