Does anyone know the e-mail address to apple's customer relations?

Thanks for any help.

I've read that some people have managed to get help through an e-mail. I've been severly screwed by apple's repair service and would like to write them a letter, but there is no e-mail address listed on their web site (at least that I can find).

I've got their corperate headquarters mailing address but I would rather send an e-mail to the right person vs. a letter to head quarters.

You may want to write to Steve Jobs directly: sjobs@apple.com

I wrote and Apple executive relations and the the local apple store manager called me within two days and didn't stop calling until my problems were solved (or at least solved to the extent possible with current display standards). They did everything possible to restore my faith in Apple...

I think the key is to be reasonable, methodical and courteous, and be clear about what YOU want from them at this point.

Thanks for your help.

I have lost all faith in Apple. I might love their OS, but their OS is no good to me on a computer that doesn't work and can not get repaired. I know that if I don't let them know that there is a problem then they can't fix it.

I hate to have to agree. I've lost faith in Apple products too. Apple, as a company, has done everything it can do to help me - given the existing circumstances. However, they're obviously not doing what hey should be doing which is to improve the quality of the components they're using, improve assembly quality and make sure that professional notebooks have professional quality displays. THAT would impress me! Customer service can only go so far if there is no genuine solution to the problems. The band aids they put on are now falling off for me...

still worth writing though- good luck!
