iPhone what is best to track data usage?

when I briefly tried the galaxy S3 i like how it had a system meter that tracked data by individual apps. is there something similar from cydia?

I have an app called Data Usage. It has many features and lets you set billing dates and will alert you when it close to that date.

thanks, i just installed datamonitor. It doesn't list what app is using the data though. Is there an app that does?
