I use my mid-2010 entry level mini primarily as a media server and web browser. The only change is 8GB RAM from the stock 2GB. I was going to replace it with the 2012 version recently but figured I would wait till today's announcement.
From what I can tell the new entry level is not much different, other than lower price.
The CPU is about the same, with the benefit of consuming less power.
Extra TB port.
Graphics? Better at all?
Anything else better?
On the con side if RAM is not user-replaceable that is a big drawback, especially for $100 to get just another 4GB RAM.
Hard drive seems like it could be worse, upgrading wise.
Did I miss anything?
