I can Sync to my iPhone (I only sync Calendar and Contacts as i can't figure out how to get 1passwords syncing) using System Preferences->Mobile Me OR when I launch iTunes.

Is there a diff. between these two methods? Also has anyone got syncing 1Password using a cable? TKS in advance.

Wirelessly posted (iPod touch: Mozilla/5.0 (iPod; U; CPU iPhone OS 2_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/525.18.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.1.1 Mobile/5F137 Safari/525.20)

System preys sync is for the applications on your computer to sync up to online, not your iPhone/iPod touch.

If you have PUSH syncing enabled then iTunes sync won't do anything either, but if you don't then it's the iTunes sync that handles your iPhone/iPod touch.

System Preferences syncs iCal/Contacts to MobileME. MobileME syncs to iPhone.

iTunes syncs iCal/Contacts to iPhone.

So I really dont get the interplay between the two methods.

I use my Vista Laptop with itunes for my iphone (apple only allows you to sync your iphone with one computer (but ipods can do it with many).

So does that mean I cannot sync my iCal on my Mac Mini with my iphone? I was hoping Mobile Me would allow that.
