hey everyone, can someone explain to me a bit, even if it get's technical (I like to learn new things) what that is? It says it unlocks ram to make your iphone faster, just want to know how it does it, and if it's a big boost or not :) thanks!

From the name, I would assume it disables daemons. Daemons are small applications that run in the background, usually to accomplish a single purpose. On Windows they are called services. Disabling them can free up some RAM, but it should only be done if you know what you are doing because you can really mess up your phone.

I did this and had no problems. I believe there are also packages on cydia from multiple repos that disable daemons for you automagically.

I would be very wary of such a package. And I would also not recommend disabling daemons to someone who doesn't even know what they are. Pretty irresponsible, IMO.
