Without more context your question has infinite answers. Most likely Fraction is a class of some sort, but as I said without more details it could be anything.

Fraction which use in Objective c book

There are many Objective-C books. You have to tell us the title, author, and edition (second, third, etc.) of the book you're reading.

Without telling us exactly what you're doing, all anyone can do is guess. Guessing is a bad way to learn or teach something.

I'm going to take a wild stab in the dark and say that your reading the Steve Kochan book, if this is correct then you might visit the the dedicated forum which can be found here http://www.classroomm.com/objective-c/

Haha! Now the mere use of the name is associated with my book. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Most people hate working with fractions. :eek:

Cheers,

Steve Kochan

This thread seems a strange series plot by J J Abrams.

Probably in a few posts we'll discover we're actually travelling through time :D

Ok, time to go back to 1st grade. A fraction is a number that contains a portion of a whole number. Ex. 1/3, 2 3/4, 2/5. In xcode, a fraction could potentially be a class (if you make it), so you would call it like this:
Code:
Fraction *myfraction;
