What is going on Late 2012 Mac Mini won't boot

My 2012 Mac Mini is not hooting after installing an external Bluray drive. I have disconnected the USB cord and still happening.

I boot into recovery, and I can see my hard drive.

Also I noticed that some times the pram reset is not working. Maybe my logic board battery is dying or dead.
