This is so weird. Half the things don't INSTALL or UNINSTALL until I do a cold reboot. I know there are some STE issues, but this is weirder. For instance, I installed GARF and wanted to uninstall it and it said PACKAGE DOWNLOAD ERROR on an UNINSTALL!!! So, I rebooted and it then worked. Is anyone else having this buggy behavior????
