The screen is all blurry and hard to read. Is that what you are inquiring about? If so, make sure you don't have some accessibility setting turned on.

Have you done the basics? Force quit the app, restart phone?

Yes...sorry the pic was blurry. The clear pic wouldn’t upload bc it was too big? Anyway..restarting it a second time fixed it...but I could find anything under accessibility that was on. Wonder what it was?

It did it with no apps too...and after restarting. We restarted again and it’s gone for now. Strange!

Seems like and OS bug. Restore via iTunes and setup as new.
