Hi!

I noticed a small scratch of my camera bump on my iphone 11. There wouldnt be anything wrong with that, stuff gets used and its not like I need everything to be in condition. I just need it to work. However I noticed, that the scratch must have happend in some super easy way.

Since I have other iphone 11, that has been drowned, I have decided to test it and I found out, that you can literally scratch it with a paperclip, without applying more pressure than you would when you are writing with a pen.

But on closer inspection I found out its not actually scratched, its more like the metal from the paper clip "painted it". Also there were tiny particles of metal everywhere. Partially the "scratches" could have been cleaned and over time they fade out a bit. It almost feels like they used sand paper for the camera bump.

My question is. What the hell is this thing made of?
