So when I update my calender on my iPhone, isn't it suppose to update all my iCal's on my devices? If so, something's wrong because it seems like the only way it will update is if i go to iCloud.com and update all my iCal's from there.

Are you sure that you are selecting one of your iCloud calendars when you create an event? If you look under preferences you can set your default calendar to your iCloud one.

I'm in the same boat here and I'm lost on how to use iCal.
Currently what I do is update on my mbp and one by one connect my iphone and ipad to the mpb. from there i take my ipad and connec to my iMac.

this is the way i do it... connect one by one and sync via iTunes.
i know there is an easier way to do, just don't know how.
