Yeah the Make it Mine change actually stays through updates. Either, rejailbreak, install, revert, and restore, or there is a method someone posted in this forum yesterday about how to fix it, but I think you need a Mac...

I lost my apps including installer apps, and costumized apps

Guys my friend was messin around wit my phone and tryin to rearrange my icons, but he accidentally clicked on the eye icon and made all of my apps invisible and i cant view none of my apps like NES, Installer apps and Costumized apps, it looks like its not jailbroken, Can i use iBrickr on it and look for Costumized apps and delete from there, please tell me what to do delete, please e-mail me and give me details on how to do it, cuz I dont like messin around with this phone...please I need help

Thank you

When you update/restore you LOSE the jailbreak.

If you want it back you have to re-jailbreak although as was previously mentioned "Make it mine" seems to survive the jailbreak!

IF you hid all your icons then I suggest using installer to uninstall the application.

If that doesn't work I suggest you restore your phone. If you simply delete the application then your icons won't return as it modified the phone display settings.
