I seem to be in the high 50s, 57-62 C for my rev B 1.86 SSD.
What I am thinking about is if this is normal or if this is a sign to think about replacing the heatsink paste with Arctic 5?

Thanks

Mine seems to hang out in the mid to high 40s esp when just using terminal and picks up into the 50s when I hit a flash banner ad or have it in my lap with some of the vent covered. A heavy flash site can kick it up well into the 60s, but it usually will drop down pretty quickly. iStat menu is dangerous

My Rev.B 1.6 HDD sits between 44 and 48 C with fans running 2500 RPM. I'm downloading a large email and surfing MacRumors :)

For mine, it was about 47~50C
After re-applying AS5, it's ~43C, and I seldom hear the fan spinning up ;)

Depends on where you see your temperature as well. coolbook always reports 5-10 degree lower than SMC
