what is the actual width of the leather strap?

Can anybody mesure the width of the leather strap of a 38 and 42 mm case,
what i need is it somewhere in the middle and then where the strap is attached to the watch.

42mm one is 24mm wide at the watch.

Round the back at the closing is 20mm wide.
