What is the best A.I. Image Creator out there for PERSONALIZED Image creation?

I tried using ChatGPTs image creation but everything is only for generic things. I uploaded a photo selfie of myself but it said it can’t personalize me due to terms and conditions.

I’m wanting to create a free A.I. images of my best friend and I. We’ve travelled together and known each other for all our lives so I think it would be funny to create images of us in mind boggling situations and then eventually I’d print out a custom coffee mug or t shirt or something with it.

I see ads on Instagram all the time for AI apps…
