What is the Best AdBlock extension for Safari on the rMBP Today?

What is the best content blocker (for Safari) for use on the rMBP?

Especially important is something that not only blocks ads effectively but uses little system resources/CPU/energy.

1Blocker just came out with 1Blocker X for iOS. In the few days that I’ve been using it Safari seems to load more quickly and the settings for blocking are endless. I think that it was 4 or 5 dollars.

My go-to is uBlock Origin. Installed in FF, Chrome, epichrome apps, Safari.

I started using Adguard (the free extension, not application) recently and it works very well from what I can tell. No notable performance changes and no ads at all.
