What is the best alternative to iTunes for mp3 mgt on an Android

I used to use iTunes and simply syncronized it with my Galaxy Note with iSyncr. Works great but I hate iTunes and want to simply remove it and find a better alternative.

What are you non-iPhone peeps using to manage the library of mp3's you have?

Google Play Music..........stores everything on the cloud and the sync app is free for PCs
