I have tried cyclemeter and runkeeper, and kind of like runkeeper better. But is it optimized for the iPhone 6/6+ and does it work with the healthkit? Can't seem to see any information on that.

I really wish Runkeeper incorporated a pedometer into the app to keep track of your steps and then to include that information into iOS 8's health dashboard automatically, that way I wouldn't need a 2nd app solely for that purpose.

I want an all in 1 app for running with beautiful a beautiful interface.

Another vote for iSmoothRun. It supports more sensors, has better running features, and can export to RunKeeper for the social aspect.

It also has a pedometer feature if your phone has an M7 or M8 chip, like the iPhone 6 & 6+ do.

Runkeeper is iPhone 6/6+ optimised. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to make use of HealthKit right now, hopefully they are working on it though.
