What is the best option for tethering with a jailbroken iPhone. Is it one of the paid Cydia Apps? Can I get your suggestions? or links to other threads?

Thanks.

i say tetherme, its cheapest, and does it does it through the normal settings hotspot. It doesnt use another app. I think mywi is something ridiculous like $15

1+ for tetherme. I have only used it to thether to my iPad and it works great. But have not tried to my Mac so can't give my opinion. I also like how you just use the iPhones native tethering instead of running an app.

Mywi

I think its mywi. After getting past the rediculous price its acually got the easiest and greatest interface. But if your on sprint or att i reco end you stay away from tetherme and mywi and just go with pda net to hide data usage. If your on verizon all of them should work fine. Im on verizon and i just use mywi :)

Im sorry i forgot to tell you there is 2 apps that tether in the appstore. They are both 3 dollars so ill just tell you one. Search rock paper scissors hidden tethering app intje appstore on google or youtube. I have a video made by me (Daniel Levi) on how to use it. If you care about tethering cheap without a jailbreak i recomend you get it fast :)

Can someone please explain how tetherme works over bluetooth?

My phone company already provides free tethering to all its plans. I just want my ipad to automatically connect to my 4s over bluetooth when out of wifi range (say I'm at work and I don't want to use work's free wifi which can be PITA to use at times).

Thanks! :)

Does tetherme show up to AT&T as unauthorized tethering w/o paying? I think it does.

Any others that are good and maybe free?
