Paging and swapping are not managed by user applications themselves.

The only exception are some applications that prevent small amounts of memory from being paged out, think unencrypted passwords that should not be replicated to mass storage.

Vivaldi. I've been monitoring it and it writes very little on the ssd, also it's a great and privacy focused chromium browser with lots of cool features.

I think I've read you turn off video caching to disk on Chrome which is likely to be the biggest offender.
