What is the best way to change SMS text bubbles?

I've browsed thru the Winterboard themes in Cydia and Installer, and I'm not sure what to look for.

Sure. One of the easiest things to do is goto the search in cydia and type "bubbles". Then look in the list for anything that says SMS or bubbles. Then view a screenshot of what you may want!

That is because they aren't matte.
