What is the best way to remove vignette in photos taken by wide lens?

Which software are you using? Easy task in Lightroom, but I guess you are using a mobile for editing? Check out different photo apps to see which ones have a vignetting tool and just pull it back a bit.
It depends on how severe the vignetting.
If the edges are a bit dark but still show detail then Apple Fanboy's suggestion would work. Lr can do a very good job rather easily.
If the edges are very dark then the image quality (luminance noise, chroma noise, saturation, ...) will be significantly reduced. These can't be easily dealt with and it's often impossible to completely "heal" the area. Lr can handle this rather well, as well as almost any tool, but it does require additional work in Lr to accomplish.
If the edges are black, nothing can "remove" the vignetting; you either have to live with it or crop the image, which reduces the wide angle effect.
Here is a sample of the vignetting for your reference. Would you ask for a refund or keep it? The company said that it is normal and does not want to send a replacement. They can give me a refund but I have to pay for all international shipping costs.

Doesn't look that bad tbh. Look at it this way, we all have much more expensive glass that has a stronger vignette than that.
Cs6 will sort it out.
What function can sort it out? I haven't used PS for years. I only know the very basic functions.
I don't have PS, just LR (which is just a case of adjusting the vignetting slider).
This should help.
Easy to fix. Use the burn tool and set to a fairly low exposure and use a brush with a soft edge. I would start with about 10% exposure. Run the brush over each area you want to darken until it is the way you want. You could use the distortion correction approach described in the video, but I find it easier to use the burn tool for something like this. You will also have more control using the burn tool. Do it in an adjustment layer or on a copy of the image so that you can start over if you need to.
