I've emailed them to myself, but I want to be able to access them with zero network connectivity. Is there a good reader or a way to just load them into the iphone and use them within a kindle like device?
Mail messages are stored locally, so you should be able to access your attachments without any network connectivity.I've emailed them to myself, but I want to be able to access them with zero network connectivity. The thing I didn't like about FileAid was that you can't email the files. They don't give that option.
I'll try fileaid. I am sort of opposed to paying for an application that will allow what should be completely basic functionality. It's a real shame Apple won't just allow you to drag/drop files onto an iphone.

Same, that is why I was about to delete FileAid until I realized cyberduck was free.
If you want to use USB, you need DiskAid, which costs $10.
