there is no way unless you consider turbosim an option. The new bootloader makes the phones unlockable

well turbosim is a chip that mimics the att chip or something it like spoofs the sim card making the phone think its att or something like that.
its a little chip the attatches to the sim and fools the iphone into thinking its an AT&T sim
theres several varieties, stealthsim, turbosim
im not knowledgable on these, but theres a whole section on the www.hactint0sh.org forums about them
