For me, it was with typing. With the curved back, I thought typing on the iPad was going to be a bad proposition on flat surfaces.

In the last month though, it's been 99.9% perfect in this regard. In fact, with auto correct, my typing on the iPad has been about on par with typing on my Mac Pro depending on context, messages or urls. (Apple bluetooth keyboard)

I thought it was going to be like my WiFi iPad where I used it for a like 2 days and then lost interest.

Apparently now that it has 3G I can actually take it with me use it on the road (ie: bus, subway) whereas with the WiFi model I didn't have connectivity and that was not good for me.

Dealing with my large collection of non-apple format videos. Air Video HD solved that problem with flying colors.

I was worried that the Ipad would become a money pit. That is, having to pay for content that was previously free or included with other paid services.

However, the ABC app and the content within is totally free, I can watch shows from the CBS website on my iPad, and netflix doesn't charge anything extra above what I already pay for my subscription to them.

I thought I would eat up my 32 gig very fast. And I thought about getting a 3g model for the GPS but with tethering from my iPhone, and the GPS I already have, I'm perfectly happy. I've tethered all over town without a hiccup and great speed.

I'm very happy with my iPad and have incorporated it into my daily life.

Also things like Goodreader, air sharing, dropbox, ibooks and zinio make day to day life much more interesting and fun.

I was worried about the lack of flash. I use clicktoflash in safari and frequent many flash heavy sites - having to click to see content or even navigate or use many sites.

As it turns out most of the sites I frequent sense the iPad and manage to offer me a good user experience without flash.

So flash is still an issue for some things but much better than I was expecting.

I kept wondering how I would ever survive without Flash, but quickly learned that I didn't miss it at all. I guess I don't go to the right sites?? :)
