I DO NOT LIKE HAVING TO POST PROCESSES MY PICTURES, mainly because I'm not sure I have the best eyes to properly edit my photos.

I finally found a great camera Panasonic TZ5, but I'm told I still need to do a little Post Processing.

- What is the Easiest Post Processing Software for the Mac ?

(The less time spent the better / automatic adjustments / batch process / etc)

What's wrong with iPhoto on your MBP? It offers just the kind of simple adjustments you'll need. You say you don't have a good eye for editing or post-processing; maybe this is what you need to work on. Of course, the easiest way to reduce the time spend in PP is to get it right 'in the camera'...
