That's a good thread, and the short answer is that 2700MB/s is about the limit over a single TB4 bus. If you need more than that, you can set up some flavour of RAID across multiple drives connected to multiple ports/busses.
If you absolutely need speed and don't want to roll your own solution, Iodyne offers this monster at a similarly gargantuan price....

Check out some of Howard Oakley’s research at Eclectic Light Company. Thunderbolt performance is often disappointing and far from optimal.
No need to theorise. There's concrete data for the Mac Studio Thunderbolt ports, various enclosures and SSDs, and RAID 0 in the thread linked in post #2.
