Hi,

Im a former IOS phone AHA and quit after 7 months due to family and personal health issues. I was told that i was welcomed to reapply but i have applied soo many times with no response. Which leads me to the following questions:

What are my chances of making it back into the ranks?

Has anyone been rehired after leaving?

If so, how long did it take before you landed your interview?

Did you have any other offences (attendance warnings, performance issues) before you left?

Any answers to the above would be deeply appreciated! ;)

Most likely in saying you're welcome back anytime was mere lip service when you left. Its like when people ask "how are you" Most people really don't want to know how you actually feel, they just say it.

There's any number of reasons why those decided not to hire you, and there's no way for you to know what the cause is. I'd say at this point, move on and find another job.

You're welcome to reapply. Doesn't mean they're going to rehire you. Usually when you quit a job, unless you were seen as some sort of vital importance, it's over for you and that job.

Probably time to move on. These guys aren't interested in you anymore.
