What is the MobileMe CardDAV server address?

What is the MobileMe CardDAV server address? For example, the MobileMe CalDAV server address is "cal.me.com." So what is the CardDAV server address?

In order to clarify my question, I want to connect Address Book to a MobileMe account without using the MobileMe preference pane in System Preferences. I go to Address Book, open Preferences, click Accounts, click the + button (to add an account), select CardDAV as the account type (as I am assuming that is what MobileMe uses), enter my MobileMe Username and Password, and then I come to the Server Address... What is this address for MobileMe?

I can do these exact same steps in iCal and use "cal.me.com" as the server address. It works perfectly! But I can't seem to figure out the server address for use with Address Book.

There isn't one. CalDAV is fairly new for mm I think, with the last beta.
