Apple has released iOS 9.3.3 beta and still doesn't release iOS 9.3.3 final version to the public. I have seen last couple of days, they have released iOS 10 beta.

The final version of iOS 9.3.3 will be coming next, probably within the next few weeks. It will only include minor bug fixes to the current iOS 9.3.2. iOS 10 is the next major release and the final version will most likely be released to the public the same day new iPhones are unveiled in September.

There's a beta going on for iOS 9.3.3 and there's a separate beta going on for iOS 10. iOS 9.3.3 is a smaller mostly bug fix release for iOS 9 that has already gone through a few betas which means that it will be released at some point in the near future (in a matter of weeks or so), while iOS 10 is a major new version just in its initial beta and won't be out until sometime in September or so (with more betas to come before then).

Not sure why there's a confusion as to iOS 9.3.3 coming out first (and sometime soon) compared to iOS 10.

iOS 10 has a set release date come this fall. iOS 9 update will release as required (once thoroughly tested). Even after iOS 9.3.3 is released we could see another update if a security bug is found. 9.3.3 is looking like under the hood stuff anyway...
