iPhone What is the "SharedPac..." App??

Does anyone know what this app is and how to remove it? It's been around since 8.0, sometimes disappearing. I'm assuming it has something to do with my previous JBs.

It appears to be an internal iOS app that shouldn't be showing up, but is either due to the jailbreak or a bug in iOS.
