What is the speed and write in iMac SSD's 512GB, 1 TB, and 2 TB?

Disk speeds between drives are marginal at best. In the past, smaller capacity drives were usually slower than higher capacity drives. Modern SSDs are more consistent in this aspect, regardless of capacity.

More important go on the size you need.

512gb and higher SSDs are negligible. Newer SSDs generally don’t have the speed differential they once had either.
