What is the substitute of iBlanks and SpringJumps.

Hi all, recently i had read about a plugin which works as a substitute for iBlanks and SpringJumps, u dont need to have tons of iblanks and spring jumps for inav based themes, also u can move ur icons freely and place them whereever u want them to.

I forgot the name, pls help.
