Hi!
Another question :)
Simetimes when I activate my phone, it does this “thing” (the desktop/ main view is moved downwards)
So; how did I do this? What is it? What is it used for?

It's called reachability and activated when you pull down from the bottom navigation bar on X, XS, XM or when you triple click the home button. You can turn it off in Settings -> General -> Accessibility.
 
And its used to allow you one-handed access to the items up top on the larger phones.
