I notice that some people can take pictures of what is on there iphone screen. Can someone tell me what app that is?

Hit the home button and the sleep/wake button. Apple allows you to take screenshots. You can find them in Photos.

Yeah, its a really cool app called "press your home button and lock button simultaneously and it will save a picture of your screen to your camera roll."

Search for it on iTunes. Its probably on the "featured" page.
