iPhone What is this app?

I've received a notification on my family plan of a subscription purchase for an app, however I don't see a record of an app with this icon in the app store and do not see this item in my family's Apple purchase history. What is this? Is it a really good spam?

You can also chat with Apple Support about the purchase. They can tell you from which device it was made and other details.
