Do you mean Notification Center?Note to OP and others who didn't know about it, it works across the system in apps too, not just the home screen. Can be very useful for reaching buttons at the top, even Control Centre.
So disable it
Settings -> General -> (I come from Germany, so I dont know whats the Name in English) Accessibility (something like this) -> Reachability (Disable it)
Yes, but thanks for liking my otherwise helpful postDo you mean Notification Center?
I don't know if you are trolling, but this is reachability, a feature triggered by double tapping (just tap, don't press) the home button. It was introduced at iPhone 6 keynote. For reaching content with one handed use on the larger models.
And no.. No split screen or picture in picture.
You should know that by owning an iPhone 6(+)

... I posted the video to let people know. Geez.Alright Sir Castic! Like I said, considering 99.99% of iPhone users won't have sat through two hours of marketing hyperbole that is an Apple Keynote, I don't think this is well known/advertised 'feature'. And if anyone skipped the 6 or 6+ it could easily be interpreted as a bug.
No I'm not trolling and I didn't know this I wouldn't post this today for God's sake!!
Sorry. But the response you got is typical around here these days. Frustrating, to say the least. No I'm not trolling and I didn't know this I wouldn't post this today for God's sake!!
