What is this symbol in status bar (LockInfo possibly)?

I am using LockInfo for years but this symbol started appearing last week and I can't get rid of it...

Any idea what setting controls this?

Oh my...

It is - thank you!

In fact it is "Vibration on Silent"... I have the "SBSettings" for it and I must have accidentally changed it...
