Hi guys, my iPhone is empty I mean it just 10 GB of data, but it shows almost full and just 8GB left. When I attached my iPhone for sync it even shows my data more than my total space. I really don't get it whats going on here; I mean we can say iOS14 took 20GB + My Apps+Audio+Books ist must be a total of 30 GB. I have also 50 GB of iCloud storage which just used 19GB in total. I didn't get where this data came from. Especially 81.14 GB Documents & Data?

Note; I don't have any Movies, Tv Shows Podcasts or Audio Books etc.

Do you have WhatsApp or iMessage, because they eat a lot of storage.
Trying my best. 🤷‍♂️

In your iPhone, go to Settings, General, iPhone Storage. It will show you how the storage in your phone is being used and also list all of the applications that are using storage, and how much for each one. This will give you the information you need to understand what is being stored on your phone, and you can decide for each individual item if you want to delete all or part of it.

The two screenshots you show in your post are showing two different things. The top one is showing how the storage in your iPhone is being used, which you can manage as I've explained above. The bottom is how the iCloud Storage is being used. Those are two completely different things.

Your iCloud Storage will be collecting only those items that you have set up to be backed-up in your iCloud account. On your iPhone, go to Settings, click on your name at the top, then iCloud. You will see how your iCloud storage is being used and you'll have complete control over managing the use of that storage. It will give you the ability to select which apps are using iCloud, and it will show you how much storage is being used by each app.

Spend some time working with those controls in your iPhone Settings and you will be able to figure all of this out and make whatever changes you feel are needed.

Thank you guys I found the culprit. It is Altstore. Actually, it is empty but somehow it has a cache of almost 68 GB. But the culprit was caught. Now I must find the delete cache. Thank you again.
