You might want to either reach out to their support or explain in more detail what your setup is, what devices you are using, what you have done so far etc.
I know I’m sorry. I was SO frustrated when I posted that, and I was being hounded by the Viasat employee on the phone because I was complaining to them about my horrible service. It’s like all my tech has gone berserk.
Anyway, my setup is just my Brother laser printer, WiFi router, and I typically send docs from my iPP to print. Typically, if I don’t find the printer when I try to send a document, I can go to the printer, click the WiFi, put in the WiFi password, then it’ll pick it up and i can print, but for some reason, right now, even after putting that in on the printer, nothing - it’s like my iPad isn’t finding it at all.
I’ve shut everything off and on, etc., but I am getting nothing.
I’m just so tired of things not working as they should. 😩
