I cannot understand any of this. A few issues have been driving me crazy and I need your help if you guys can help me.

Login screen.
firstly, i have two accounts, but in preferences i have it set to login to my account right away and it doesnt want to do that. how to i fix this?

secondly, my login screen reads everything to me! the speech function reads the name of my computer, when i select my account. what is up with that!

--

when i do get into my account, i get microsoft error reporting in my dock. why does it keep coming up? i have no idea how to delete this program, nor why it is on my computer. the only microsoft programs i have is flip for mac and messenger.

Go to System Preferences>Accounts and select Login items (not login options, login items) remove everything form the list (not uncheck, remove). That should deal with the Microsoft error.

The reason why the computer is reading to you is because you have "Voice over at Login Window" turned on. You need to turn this off. It either in System Preferences>Accounts>Login options, or System Preferences>Universal Access.

And Finially, check to make sure that "Automatically Log-in as..." is checked and your user account is the one selected.
