Click on it. It will take you to a wiki page where you can read all about programming for the iPhone/OS X.
To install Xcode locate the two discs that were in the box your MacBook Pro came in. Put the disc labelled "Disc 1" into your MacBook Pro and wait for it to load. Install the 'extra content' including Xcode. Alternatively you can go here, register with the Dev Centre (it's free), and download the iPhone SDK which includes Xcode and all the other things you need to start programming on the iPhone.
