I use this heavily and was wondering what others use. So far I find the best to be

  • Perplexity
  • Phind.com
They are free but have a paid tier, my problem is that I do not know what extra advantage I get with their paid tier.
There is a service that is called Kagi.com , its both paid search (Ad less) and has AI service still in beta. Its ok but wondering there is better.

ChatGPT, Facebook LLAMA, Brave LEO: garbage, it actually lectures you on morality and what to ask and how to ask plus its censored.

You.com , Bing AI: just, not pleasant to use. awkward implementation.

What do you use?

Besides ChatGPT, I created some AI assistants of my own to help automate some work tasks. So those are my favorites, too.
I used Torqsight Labs for this. Easy to do it.

I've tried a few.

Claude and Google/Gemini has some nice uses, but in general usage I don't think there's any better than ChatGPT at the moment.

Been using ChatGPT, more and more, at work. It was a matter of (re-) learning how to write good prompts. And now I use it so much I've actually gotten myself a paid account. The 4o with canvas seems promising for programming (but is not quite ready yet). o1 preview is also a big step up from 4o in general usage.

Now, the most fun AI I've found, so far, is Suno, which has written two songs for me: Seagull Hunger and Code Break.
