iPad is coming soon and it is going to open up a new era of software development with the large screen and user experience.
Though, a lot of naysayers are complaining of "just" a big iPod Touch, I believe it's all about the software and the applications. What do you think is the most anticipated application? My personal preference would be a new enhanced Remote softeare and the iPod function that can stream music and movie directly from remote location. I am sure you have other views, feel free to share!!

I want to see what happens in the note taking space. Evernote has already said they plan on doing a beefed up iPad version:

I wouls so love to see OneNote, but I doubt it will come. Once again, MS has sidestepped offering OneNote on the Mac platform at all given no mention of it in the Office 2011 announcement for Mac this week. Yes, there will be a OneNote web version, but it won't have all the features of the full application. MS Office folks have said they are looking into development for the iPad, but I wouldn't hold my breath for Word/Excel/PPt, let alone OneNote. My guess is that Office won't happen on the iPad until it sells millions of units, if ever (you would have thought they would have an iPhone version by now given all of those out there).

I want to comfortably take notes in class and then easily transfer them to a computer later, be it on Word or whatever.
