1 - an incomprehensible process
2 - takes too much time in a busy day
3 - requires new ways to do familiar things
4 - resurrects frustration that finally got under control after the initial purchase
I also am seeing a lot of people who consider their smartphone purchase almost a once-in-a-lifetime investment. Several folks I know are thrilled with their brand new purchase of an iPhone3 - clueless to the differences and totally happy that they at last got rid of their flip phone and own a real iPhone.
