What key do I need to press?

I've been confused with this for a while. In iTunes, in the window menu, zoom's shortcut is ^ Command Z. But what button do I press for the ^ thing? I've tried 6, shift 6, but it doesn't work. It's not shift, I tried that also. I've also tried CTRL, still doesn't work.

^ is control. So the whole shortcut is Ctrl-Command-Z.

Works for me (just tried it)
